Cash flow benefits with Customs Freight Simplified Procedures (CFSP)
Felixstowe Warehousing is authorised by HMRC to operate a bonded warehouse under CFSP (Customs Freight Simplified Procedures) enabling customers to enjoy the benefits of accelerated removal or release of most third country imports.
The full statistical and fiscal details of the goods are provided to UK Customs electronically.
CFSP offers a host of benefits to our customers including significant cash flow benefits, efficient stock management and complete product traceability in the supply chain.
CFSP imports are still subject to anti-smuggling and admissibility controlsas are all other goods entering the UK.
